Hailey is a Certified Massage Therapist specializing in CranioSacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue work. She takes a holistic approach, working with the nervous system and connective tissue to release tension, restore balance, and promote lasting relief.

Initially pursuing a degree in Psychology at the University of California, Riverside, Hailey was drawn to the intersection of emotional and physical health. This curiosity led her to bodywork, and after experiencing CranioSacral Therapy firsthand, she knew she had found her path. She completed 800 hours of massage therapy training at the National Holistic Institute, where she developed a passion for fascia and human movement.

Hailey finds great fulfillment in witnessing the progress her clients make, whether through increased mobility, emotional release, or overall well-being. The moments when clients reconnect with their bodies and experience lasting relief fuel her passion for this work and inspire her to continue supporting others on their healing journey.

Offered Modalities

Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is a widely practiced technique known for its relaxing and therapeutic effects. It involves a series of long, flowing strokes, kneading, and circular movements to improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and enhance overall relaxation and well-being.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue Massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It employs slow, deliberate strokes and targeted pressure to address chronic tension and muscle knots. While this technique often involves significant pressure, more pressure is not always necessary to achieve effective results. The goal is to work through layers of tension carefully, allowing for improved flexibility, reduced pain, and deeper muscle relaxation. The therapist adjusts the intensity based on the client’s needs and response, ensuring a therapeutic experience tailored to individual comfort and effectiveness.

Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment. After a session, it's best for the client to take it easy for the remainder of the day and to drink plenty of water to aid in flushing and removing toxins released from the tissue during the session.

Myofascial techniques are a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones.

Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body.

Direct myofascial release can sometimes resemble deep tissue work. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.

Myofascial Release
Energy Work

Energy work is based on the belief that everyone has a “life force”, and that the body needs to sustain its balance for optimum health. Anytime you experience emotional or physical illness, it indicates that your life force has simply become unbalanced. The Practitioner will work directly with your energy field to restore balance and flow to your entire system. Once your energy field has been restored to full health, your physical body will follow. Energy Work encompasses various techniques designed to balance and enhance the body's subtle energy systems. This modality includes practices such as Reiki and Qigong, which aim to harmonize the body's energy flow, reduce stress, and promote holistic healing by addressing both physical and emotional imbalances.

Upledger's CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, non-invasive technique designed to support the body's natural healing processes. Developed by Dr. John Upledger, CST focuses on the subtle rhythms of the craniosacral system, which includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord. By using light touch and careful palpation, therapists work to release restrictions and imbalances in this system. This promotes the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, reduces tension, and enhances overall bodily function. CST aims to address a range of conditions, including stress, pain, and neurological issues, by fostering a deep sense of relaxation and restoring equilibrium to the central nervous system.

CranioSacral Therapy

SomatoEmotional Release is a specialized technique within Upledger's CranioSacral Therapy that focuses on the release of emotional and physical tension stored in the body. Developed by Dr. John Upledger, SER addresses the connection between the mind and body by helping to uncover and resolve past traumas and emotional experiences that are held within the body's tissues. It addresses “energy cysts”—areas where unresolved physical and emotional forces have been retained in the body—which can contribute to pain, dysfunction, or stress. The technique involves gentle, hands-on methods to facilitate the release of these stored emotions and facilitate the body's natural healing processes. By doing so, SER aims to restore balance and promote overall well-being, enhancing both physical and emotional health.

SomatoEmotional Release (SER)
Reflexology

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your hands and feet. By applying pressure to these reflex points, practitioners aim to stimulate the body's healing processes, promote relaxation, and improve overall health and balance.Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
